TEMPUR-PEDIC ADAPT

The Tempur-pedic Adapt series consists of two mattresses, an all-foam bed and a hybrid bed, both with a new cooling cover.

• New Cooling Cover– Woven into the fabric are special high-density fibers that by their very nature feel cool to the touch. Since the fiber is woven in, it can’t wash off or diminish over time. This is a very innovative approach by Tempur-pedic. This cooling cover on the Adapt line is not removable from the mattress.

There are two mattresses in the Tempur-Adapt line, the Medium and the Medium Hybrid and each offer some unique features.

Medium Mattress – Combines the cool-to-touch cover with advanced adaptability for personalized support. This is an all-foam bed.

• TEMPUR-ES® Comfort Layer- softer feel works in combination with other materials to support and relax.
• Original TEMPUR® Support Layer- Advanced adaptability for truly personalized comfort and support

Medium-Hybrid Mattress – Combines the cool-to-touch cover, premium spring coils with original Tempur support layer. This replaces a polyurethane foam support core with a pocketed coil unit.

• TEMPUR-ES® Comfort Layer- Softer feel works in combination with other materials to support and relax.
• Original TEMPUR® Support Layer- Advanced adaptability for truly personalized comfort and support.
• Hybrid Technology- 1,000+ premium spring coils designed by Tempur-pedic to work with the different materials used.

The Tempur-ES foam that is used in both Medium and Medium-Hybrid models is a soft, slow responding foam that has a memory foam feel. Both of the Tempur-Adapt mattresses are 11” tall. Both mattresses have a medium firm feel, with the hybrid version just slightly softer.  The big difference between the two models is in the bounce. The Medium version has very little of it, while the Medium-Hybrid has some bounce to it. If you like a firm mattress, but do like to have a softer top, the Tempur-Adapt might be what you are looking for.

TEMPUR-PEDIC PROADAPT

The Tempur-Pedi ProAdapt consists of four mattresses, three all-foam beds and a hybrid bed,  all with a cooling cover like the Adapt line.

• New Cooling Cover– Woven into the fabric are special high-density fibers that by their very nature feel cool to the touch. Since the fiber is woven in, it can’t wash off or diminish over time. This is a very innovative approach by Tempur-pedic. This cooling cover on the ProAdapt line is removable from the mattress and machine washable.

There are four mattresses in the Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt line, each has different features to offer including the TEMPUR-APR support layer:

Soft Mattress– Built with TEMPUR-ES® comfort layer, with in combination with other materials to offer both support and relaxation.

Medium-Hybrid Mattress– Combines TEMPUR comfort layers with spring coils to deliver an even more personalized way to have a comfortable and supported sleep.

• TEMPUR-ES® Comfort Layer- Softer feel works in combination with other materials to support and relax.
• TEMPUR-APR™ Support Layer- Tempur-pedic’s most pressure relieving material, made for deeper, more rejuvenating sleep.

Firm Mattress– Built with the most pressure relieving material out of the four ProAdapt mattresses.

• TEMPUR-APR™ Comfort Layer- Tempur-pedic’s most pressure relieving material, made for deeper, more rejuvenating sleep.
• Original TEMPUR® Support Layer- Advanced adaptability for personalized support and comfort.

The ProAdapt line mattress have a top comfort layers of Tempur-pedic’s Tempur ES foam. This is not memory foam but it is a soft, slow responding foam that feels similar to memory foam. In the ProAdapt mattresses a material called Tempur-APR (advanced pressure relief) is underneath the Tempur-ES foam.  The Tempur-APR is a very dense, slow-responding memory foam, even slower than the to ES foam. Conformance is greater on all of the ProAdapt mattresses which means that the mattress adapts to the contours of your body very closely, thus relieving pressure point pain throughout your body.
